CRYSTAL INSTITUTE’s system of refund is formulated and processed works in a fair manner. All refund cases are processed through an initial request by the student expressing his intention not to attend the institute and withdrawing his/her admission. The date of submission of request letter is considered for the purpose of calculation of refund amount. All refunds are made after 45 days from the commencement of the course
  • Fee paid for CRASH COURSE is NOT refundable under any circumstances whatsoever

    • Admission Fee

      • Before commencement of class: Refundable
      • After 1 week of commencement of class: 75% Refundable
      • After 2 weeks of commencement of class: 50% Refundable
      • After 3 weeks of commencement of class: Non Refundable

    • Tuition Fee

      • Before commencement of class: Refundable
      • After 1 week of commencement of class: Refundable
      • After 2 weeks of commencement of class: 90% Refundable
      • After 3 weeks of commencement of class: 80% Refundable
      • After 4 weeks of commencement of class: 75% Refundable
      • After 5 weeks of commencement of class: Lower of 75% of tuition fee paid or Total payment at Class Room Course eligible for refund minus cost of services utilized
